I’m Mark Benito. I was born and raised in Canada, and my Filipino roots are a big part of who I am. I bring both sides of that experience to my work as an immigration consultant.
Although I haven’t been through the immigration process myself, I understand how much of your future—and your family’s future—can ride on this application. I take that seriously.
When we work together, I’ll help you understand your options, spot potential questions, and make your situation clear to the officer reviewing your application.
Let’s be honest: for many Filipino OFWs, coming to Canada isn’t just about a job. It’s about building a future here—and if PR is your goal, you need a plan.
I’m not just looking at this application. I’m looking ahead to the applications that may come after it and how each step could move you closer to permanent residence. I want us to think about that early, while you have time to understand your options and prepare.
Don’t just plan to arrive. Plan to stay.
Let’s talk about where you want to be and work out your next step together.
Jem Agoon, my Calgary client manager, and Severino ‘Zanjoe’ Aguila, my Edmonton client manager, have been with me since the very start. They’re an important part of how I look after my clients.
You may get to know them as we work together. They help keep things organized and stay in touch with you along the way, while I handle your immigration advice and application strategy.

If I could give one piece of advice to a temporary foreign worker just starting out in Canada, it would be this: talk to a licensed immigration consultant or lawyer and make a plan from the very start.
If PR is your goal, let’s look beyond your next application. We’ll talk about where you want to be, what options may be available to you, and what you can start preparing now.
You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Let’s talk about your goals and work out your next step together.
Please keep your initial message brief. Documents can be discussed during your consultation.
